The French Way is the route that has greater historical tradition and it's the most internationally recognized. It begins in the Pyrenees and has two variants depending on the point of entry: Roncesvalles (by Navarra ) or Somport (by Aragon ). Both routes meet at the town of Puente la Reina, and then cross La Rioja and Castile and Leon , towards Galicia .
